The first diesel cargo consignment arrived early this morning (16) in Colombo and the quality sample checking is underway.
The second diesel cargo will arrive later today and will follow the same procedure.
First petrol cargo is due to arrive July 18-19 as of now, the Minister of Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said, adding that the payments were completed for all three.
