Sajith Premadasa held talks with the representatives from ‘Aragalaya’ today (18).
The Opposition Leader’s Office stated that a special meeting took place between the groups representing the ‘Aragalaya’ and the Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa this morning at the Office of the Leader of the Opposition in Colombo.
The new President will be elected this week and the groups representing the ‘Aralagaya’ informed their position to the Leader of the Opposition, the Opposition Leader’s Office said.
The Leader of the Opposition noted that he or his coalition or his party has never betrayed demands of the ‘Aragalaya’ and pledged that it will remain unchanged in the future as well.
