Police seeks assistance to identify Amarakeerthi Athukorala murder suspects

Authorities have requested public assistance in identifying eight suspects wanted in connection with the murder of late Parliamentarian Amarakeerthi Athukorala.

The Police have also released a series of photographs of these suspects.

Thus far, 35 suspects have been arrested and remanded over the murder.

Athukorala and his Security Officer were killed in the Nittambuwa area during the riots that took place across the country on 09 May.
