The law will be strictly enforced against individuals who purchase fuel using forged QR codes, the Ministry stated.
A special programme is being carried out in close collaboration with the Information Technology Agency to identify such QR codes.
According to the Ministry, there have been instances where people trying to buy fuel using fraudulent QR codes.
